We are here to make your getaway extra special. We offer add-on services to help create a wonderful and unique experience.
You can rent our Luxurious picnic for up to 2 hours. If you need an extension, just contact us at hello@sunnypicnic.co for a price quote.
We offer packages up to 12 people. It can be an elegant simple picnic with pillows and all the essentials you need or a soirée pulling all the stops with a beautifully hand crafted picnic table + all the essentials you’d need. Please email us if you have a party size above 12 guests at hello@sunnypicnic.co
Packages are as low as $185.
Our simple luxury picnic experience comes with delivery, set up, sun umbrella (weather permitting), hand held fans or blankets (depending on weather), color decor of your choice from our table scape collection, linen napkins, flat wear (dinner forks, dinner knives), ceramic entrée plates, wine glasses, food covers, small serving tray table for food, salt and pepper shakers, hand sanitizer, linen feel paper towels, Radio & Bluetooth Speaker, trash bin, 1 ice bucket for water with cold packs, filtered water (while supplies lasts), sunscreen, bug spray, artificial flowers, games (corn-hole, tic-tac-toe, puzzle, dominos, deck of cards), candles depending on weather, picnic blankets, seat pillows, picnic basket, clean-up service + any additional decor to fit the theme.

Our luxury picnic experience gives you all the stops including your main picnic table that can seat from 1 to 12 guests, a full set of flat wear (dinner forks, dinner knives, dinner spoons, salad forks, teaspoons), porcelain appetizer plates, and glass cups.
Our simple luxury picnic experience only seats upto 4 people. It does not include the above with only flat wear (dinner forks, dinner knives), ceramic entrée plates, wine glasses.
Picnic rates:
$185 for a simple picnic 1 - 4 people
$320 for 1 - 2 people
$542 for 3 - 6 people
$894 for 7 - 12 people
Picnic rates are based off a 2 hour rental block.

Although water is provided while supplies last – you must bring your own drinks. If you or your party would like to bring alcoholic beverages you must purchase a special permit. Permits are not provided with us. The special events permit will need to be purchased directly with the Chicago park district with a liquor license.
If alcohol is brought without a permit to any park you may be subject to a citation and a fine of $75 to $500 for each offense.

3. Pick a location.
4. Pick a picnic style + any add on of your choice.
5. 50-30 minutes prior to your picnic, we’ll send you a pin to the exact location. All of our locations are in Chicago. Show up on the day of your picnic and enjoy! We will be back to clean it all up once the party is over.
If problems arise due to situations such as inclement weather, picnics will be rescheduled for a later date. All picnics are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If it does rain or there is a rain prediction, I will contact you via email and/or text giving you a couple of backup plans. Depending on how close the picnic set up is to the reservation, you will be able to decide one of those 4 options.

Don’t worry! Every picnic includes handheld fans, sunscreen, and bug spray. So you can cool down and enjoy the day.
We’ve got you covered. We closely monitor the weather so if it’s cold outside then we include blankets for you to cozy up too. We also provide an outdoor heater.
We provide a sun umbrella and handheld fans perfect for shade. Depending on weather, if there is wind during set up we will not provide it.
